This 3 bedroom/3 bath villa is very spacious at over 1700 sq. ft., with a fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas. Bedding includes a king, queen, two twins, and sleeps six. The master bedroom has a private bath with porch access and great lake views. The second guest bedroom also has a private bath. Relax on the oversized covered porch that includes three comfortable seating areas as well as a barbecue grill for your outdoor living area/dining needs.
The Hollows Resort is the only master planned community on Lake Travis and is the most scenic location on the lake with 1,500 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country surrounded by the clear waters of the premier recreational lake. From Edgewood Way Drive you can access the lake through a beautiful nature trail that leads to a Lake Travis cove next to the Beach Club. Also, on Edgewood Way Drive at the highest point of the resort is the Hilltop Smokehouse. This is a great place for family gatherings and has covered seating, grill, smoker, restrooms, and is a wonderful place to watch the sunset.
The Beach Club includes a Grill/Bar, an infinity pool, children's pool, spa pools/hot tub, large smokehouse, fitness center, hammocks, grills and access to the lake. And there are 15 miles of hiking trails throughout the resort and meander among the hills and wooded forests down to the lake.

View and outdoor deck area were wonderful. Nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Plenty of space in the home and it was in relatively good repair. Kitchen could use some reorganization. Things were helter skelter everywhere. No rhyme or reason to it. There is really no access to the lake at all unless you rent something then you can get to it via the marina but no beach or anywhere you can walk by the water. Beach club was very nice. There was only one hot tub that was heated and we used that but so did everyone else including the kids because the pools were cold. Hot tub is extra large which is nice but the kids just used it as a swimming pool.

The condo was very clean and spacious, the balcony was large and comfortable for the family to sit outside. we would definitely recomment this condo to anyone going to Texas. We where very happy with our stay at your condo.

Beautiful spot in Hill Country. Easy to Marble Falls and didn’t miss the Blue Bonnet Cafe for breakfast and pie! The unit was great, quiet and very safe. Great for families with great pools. Very close to grocery store and pharmacies. Great host as well.
Austin and Lake Travis: Relax

We enjoyed the big city life of Austin while staying in Lake Travis. The Hollows is a well planned development that has the amenities needed to relax on vacation. The small town of Vista Lago neighboring the development has food trucks, stores, and all your needs while vacationing. Sunrise from the condo was amazing!
Fun Getaway to Lake Travis

The Hollows is only 30 minutes from Austin but feels like we really got away to nature and seclusion. We walked miles and miles on the trails, played pickleball, played cards on large wraparound deck, and hot tubbed at the club under the full moon. Incredibly relaxing! This expansive condo has three full baths and three bedrooms with nice separation. Bill, the property manager, promptly responded to my questions and requests. When we discovered that our condo’s hairdryer was missing, Bill brought us a brand new one right to our door!

We loved our stay…. The beauty of the terrain and views made for perfect morning runs/walks.
We loved hanging out on the balcony and playing games as family or just chilling. Kitchen fully equipped for all our needs. And the beach club is perfect and creates endless fun for the whole family. It was fun meeting new families and awesome watching the kids play together so effortlessly.
The only thing I’d request is for child safe locks in the front door…. With an active and curious little one, the fact that that there’s no additional lock on the door meant we had to put a chair at the door to ensure he did not get out in a split second….. so, a latch or something only lockable from inside would give parents of toddlers some peace of mind

Really enjoyed how quiet it was and what a great view. We had a great time touring the place in our six seater golf cart. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to fix meals and just a really nice condo overall. Our family (wife/myself/2 young children) had a blast at the Hollows 201! Super comfortable, very clean (especially during COVID), a very well stocked kitchen, and the best value for 3 bedroom/3 bathroom with a washer/dryer on the lake. Great view of the lakefront (although a little far back from the shoreline), some good local restaurants to pick up from just 10-15 minutes away, comfortable beds, and a lot of room and space. Nice large balcony with a lot of seating to enjoy the outside also. Would definitely go back!
