Escape to the oversized primary retreat with nicely appointed bathroom featuring oversized walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. The carriage bunk house above garage is great for 2nd primary retreat or kiddos getaway.

Four old friends from high school held our annual retreat in this lovely home in The Hollows. We found the residence to be clean, with more equipment than the online description even mentioned, e.g. the Keurig machine and starter set of pods. They left a nice array of snacks as well. We encountered a couple of hiccups, but management responded promptly and professionally. Although close to Austin, this venue is not overrun with traffic. Very peaceful and lots of amenities in this development. We will definitely come back when returning to the area.

Stay here! It has a gorgeous view, a room over the garage for the kids/teens and spacious beautiful main house and deck overlooking Devil’s Cove. Very scenic, relaxing and peaceful.

The house was very nice. Not much for kids to do around the house, but the Beach Club was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. Only problem we had was the Red wasp around the house and garage. Our son got sting on top of his head by one.
It was hard to keep the house cool inside during the day, because of the sun and windows not having shades to pull down in the livingroom area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Hollows. Our rental had plenty of space for our 7 guests and met all of our needs. We loved using golf carts to get around and explore. The staff at the pool and restaurant were very accommodating. We came back often due to the high temps and great fun! Hope to bring the family back soon!

This cottage is beautiful, lovely deck(s), everything you need for a great, relaxing time with friends and family. Plenty of space, and a garage to boot! We will definitely plan to return – you will not be disappointed. The staff are super responsive, we highly recommend the Hollows Vacation Rentals.

Gorgeous views! Very comfortable for our group to enjoy. Large roomy master bedroom with amenities making it comfortable to unpack for the week. However the queen rooms did not have the same advantage. They had closet space but limited drawers. We did not know that the fourth bedroom was out above the garage at the time I booked. Luckily one couple with our group was ok with the extra stairs and remote bedroom. We were also disappointed that the pool area was not heated except for Fri & Sat. Unable to use the hot tubs on the most gorgeous days of the week but could have used them on the cold days. We were very thankful that we could park a car in the garage as the driveway is very steep and tight to fit two cars. Overall would still give the unit a 5 star rating.

This place was just perfect ! There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with pots an pans for cooking. The outdoor grill was nice to have too. The teenagers loved staying in the room above the garage. The best part was sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings though the view is perfect! The pool area at the beach club was nice as well and the food at the restaurant was spectacular!

We recently spent 4 nights here with our children and grandchildren. The property was a perfect size for all of us and was clean and comfortable. The outside deck is fabulous, we all took our coffee out there each morning and enjoyed the breeze and beautiful view. The beach club/pool area was fantastic, something for every age group, and the food and cocktails were excellent. We rented a boat from VIP marina and they come right to the Hollows Marina to pick you up. Be aware internet is on the slower side, so we just made it a low-tech vacation. We had a few issues but management was very responsive and took care of everything. We’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the Hollows. The house was great and perfect for 8 people. The pool was perfect and the service and food were great as well. We didn't truly understand the noise complaint due to what we read in our information book left at the home? We thought quiet time on the deck was between Midnight and 6:00 am. We apologize and hope to be back at the hollows in the near future. thanks

This home is the perfect getaway or special occasion location. We were celebrating wedding anniversaries with other couples and enjoyed our stay here so much. We spent a lot of time on the balcony visiting and looking at the lake, and we also enjoyed the pools and hot tub at the Beach Club. The kitchen is very nice and gets lots of light from the big windows along the back of the house. During our stay, a brand new comfortable leather living room couch arrived. The separate apartment (no kitchen) above the garage was perfect when our new grandson and his parents joined us for a night. The clothes washing machine is a bit noisy when running, but we closed the door to that area and it was ok. Parking was great for two cars by the garage, and overflow was easy enough and free right across the street. We will definitely rent this house again in the future! The place was beautiful and perfect for us, we were very happy with it. BTW, the big shower in the master bedroom didn't work. Water wouldn't turn on. This was not an issue for us, but just want to make you aware. I have owned a VRBO vacation house in the past and know that some users will complain about this kind of stuff online. I am not going to do that to you! I gave it a five star rating on VRBO. Very happy with our experience. Thanks! Steve

We stayed in the Hollows-7221 Trident. The house was perfect for our needs. The houses on either side were not occupied, thus we had a lot of privacy and quiet. Also loved the porch with a nice lake view. A favorite breakfast spot. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/tableware/cutlery. Thanks for a great week.

The house is beautiful and would sleep 10 comfortably. Nicely furnished and gorgeous views. Parking is challenging with more than three vehicles but the HOA is understandably strict to keep the parking situation under control. Great extended weekend for wedding preparations in Lago Vista. Loved it and would definitely go back.

The cottage is beautifully appointed with great views of the lake and hills. This is my second time staying at The Hollows Cottages and it was perfect again. The kitchen, living room, and dining area feel spacious and they are fully equipped for entertaining and cooking. The inlaw suite above the garage was a great addition and my father in law loved sleeping and relaxing in his own space. We had one problem with the TV while there but the issue was quickly resolved by Bill. We will definitely be going back to The Hollows.
