This was the perfect place to house some of our overflow guests. Everything we needed to cook and rest was at our fingertips. Our guests loved having coffee on the patio in the morning and Bill is the perfect host, always available when there is an issue. Spring time in the Texas Hill Country is the BEST!

This condo was perfect and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the covered balcony looking out into the greenery and found all the things we needed in the well equipped kitchen. The Hollows is a great area with heaps of walking trails and we really loved the beach club. Would come to stay again for sure!

Very relaxing weekend in the beautiful Hollows area. We had a great time walking the trails and enjoying the property. Beautiful views and beautifully maintained area. The villa had everything we needed including a beautiful patio with a great view of the lake. With the constant breeze that blew in, we spent a lot of time enjoying the patio. Unit was very clean and the welcome basket was a nice touch! The only negative I would say is the carpet in the master bedroom has many stains on it and should be replaced. We will definitely be back!

I rented 17800 H8203 Crowder for my mom and brother and his family as I was in a casita around the bend. It worked out just perfectly for them! They enjoyed the villa's beautiful views and the layout was perfect for them and was convenient to the casita. They enjoyed the pool area and were in awe of the lovely scenery of the hollows!

Our villa was modern, large, and smartly furnished. The patio was large, great for entertaining, and the view of the lake and surrounding hill country was breathtaking. The pool was fantastic.

We loved our stay and still feel relaxed a few days after returning home. That's always a good sign of a great getaway! The condo was very clean (no dust on ceiling fans or blinds, etc) and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. There was a nice welcome basket with treats, too. One of the bathrooms has a deep soaking tub and the other has a glass enclosed shower. Nice bathrooms with crisp white towels. The balcony was perfect and we spent a lot of time relaxing there while listening to sounds of nature and looking at the water. The outdoor grill worked well and we used it every night. Rented a boat at the marina one day and boated to a lunch spot one afternoon. Fun day. Enjoyed touring around in the golf cart and discovering some sweet spots along the way such as a lookout with a swinging bench. Went on short hikes around the property. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Bill and his team did a superb job and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

We spent a weekend here recently, and couldn't have been happier. The condo was immaculate, and had all the comforts of home. It was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed grilling and waking up and having coffee on the huge balcony. The views were beautiful, and all of the hiking trails were great. Both adults and kids loved the pools and beach area by the lake. We will definitely be back!

We rented the apartment for Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. It was nicer than the pictures and was well stocked with supplies. We would recommend to others.

The unit itself was adequate for what we need for the relatively short stay of 2 nights. Every room was clean and bedsheets were tucked in a very neat manner. The bathrooms were also very cleaned, which is very important for hygienic reasons in a rental lodging. Overall, a pleasant experience because of the scenic location & proximity to the wedding venue we are attending.
