Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all vacation rental bookings made through Hill Country Lakes Rentals and apply to all properties in our portfolio.

By completing a reservation, you agree to these terms on behalf of all guests in your party.

Reservation & Payment

• A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.
• All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancelled 30+ days before arrival: 20% deposit is fully refundable.
• Cancelled fewer than 30 days before arrival: 50% penalty applies. Alternatively, you may reschedule to a specific date or let your reservation “float” with no additional penalty.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced per City of Jonestown ordinance and apply to all guests including children. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Property Rules

• No fire pits, bonfires, or fireworks — City of Jonestown ordinance prohibits these at all rental properties.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM outdoors.
• No smoking inside any property. Smoking outdoors with full cleanup required.
• Pets: Only at pet-designated properties. Undisclosed pets are cause for additional fees.
• Parking: Do not exceed the property parking limit.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM at most properties — your booking confirmation lists the exact time for your rental
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Keyless entry codes are issued before arrival. A late check-out fee applies if property is not vacated by 11:00 AM.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. A credit card is held on file and may be charged for damages discovered after check-out.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
