About Lake Travis
Lake Travis is the uppermost and largest of the Highland Lakes chain on the Colorado River. At full pool, it covers 19,000 acres with 270 miles of shoreline. The North Shore (Jonestown/Lago Vista side) is less crowded than the South Shore while still offering full lake access.
