We prioritize guests staying with us. Availability for non-guests depends on the season — contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.

Drivers must be 18 or older and hold a valid driver's license. Passengers of all ages are welcome — the carts are designed with families in mind.

Call us and we'll respond within 2 hours. All maintenance and repairs are handled by us at no charge to you. We keep backup units available during peak season.

Yes — the minimum rental is 2 days. Carts are available for stays of any length beyond that, and pricing is per day regardless of the total stay length.

Carts are intended for use within The Hollows Resort trail system only. They are not street-legal for use on FM 1431 or other public roads outside the resort.
