Partner Packages
A vacation rental is the base of a trip, not the whole trip. We work with local operators so guests can add the thing they actually came for — a tee time, a boat, a tasting room — without spending an evening coordinating it themselves.
Packages are arranged individually rather than sold as fixed bundles. You book the property, tell us what you’d like to add, and we handle the introductions and timing. Partner pricing is set by the operator; we don’t mark it up.
Stay & Play — golf
The North Shore has genuinely good golf within a short drive, and several courses sit close enough to The Hollows that a morning round doesn’t eat the whole day. We coordinate tee times around your check-in so nobody is scrambling on arrival morning.
Good for: golf trips, corporate groups, and anyone who wants one round rather than a full golf holiday.
What we handle: course recommendation for your group’s standard, tee time booking, and timing that fits your check-in.
Sail Austin — charter sailing on Lake Travis
A half-day or full-day charter is the single best way to see Lake Travis, and it is the thing guests most often say they wish they’d booked. Charters run with a skipper, so no sailing experience is needed.
Good for: celebrations, first-time visitors, and groups who want one memorable outing rather than a packed itinerary.
What we handle: connecting you with Sail Austin, matching charter size to your group, and advising on the best departure time for sunset.
Worth knowing: charter availability depends on lake conditions and water level. Book this early — it is the first thing to fill on summer weekends.
Flat Creek Estate — Hill Country wine
Flat Creek is an estate winery roughly an hour from Jonestown, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country wine region. A tasting there pairs naturally with a drive out along the 290 corridor toward Johnson City and Fredericksburg, where most of the region’s other wineries sit.
Good for: couples, small groups, and anyone treating the trip as a slow weekend rather than a full schedule.
What we handle: tasting reservations and a suggested route if you want to make a day of the wine country.
Building a package
Tell us three things and we’ll put a plan together:
- Who’s coming — group size, and whether children are along
- What you want out of the trip — one big outing, or several small ones
- Your dates — some partners need more notice than others
We’ll come back with what’s actually available for those dates and what each piece costs. If something isn’t worth it for your group, we’ll say so.
Timing
- Sailing charters — 3–4 weeks ahead in summer; more for holiday weekends
- Golf — a week or two is usually enough outside peak season
- Winery visits — a few days for tastings; longer for larger groups
Groups of ten or more are worth starting earlier than all of the above. Send us the dates and we’ll work backwards from there.
