Gorgeous Villa in The Hollows Resort

This second-floor villa we call The View is unique in that it provides unobstructed views of the lake, two king beds (plus two queens) and a one-car garage to reduce your hassle-factor for parking.
Experience Texas Hill County and all it has to offer from this hilltop villa in one of two buildings that directly face the lake. As an end unit on the second floor, this 1,400 SF unit has large, airy windows on three sides; the front door is feet away from an elevator so you won't be schlepping luggage or groceries up steps. The additional 330-square-foot balcony is like having a second living room and dining room and provides lots of space to spread out. It has unobstructed views of the lake, perfect for early morning bird watching over the tree canopy or relaxing after a day spent at the pool or lake. Enjoy a good book or a delicious cocktail (or both!) on the rattan sectional, or dine al fresco at the patio table. And there's still space leftover for everyone to gather or for a sunrise yoga session. The view of the lake is as beautiful at night as it is during the day.
The View was updated in spring of 2020 with beachy wood flooring and new paint throughout. Every vent, duct, fan and appliance has been deep-cleaned and disinfected. High-speed internet of 300 mbps is suitable for streaming all your favorite media.
Living Room: The living room has windows on two sides offering a 180-degree view of the lake. Relax on the comfy couch (which opens to a queen-size sleeper sofa), a recliner and two more chairs plus a 55-inch smart TV and a Bose Bluetooth-enabled speaker.
Kitchen and dining room: The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to stay the weekend or the week: includes smooth surface electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, huge pantry closet plus Ninja blender, coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster and slow cooker. The dining room table offers seating for 8.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features wine country décor including one-of-a-kind wine barrel nightstands. The king-sized bed in this room is an adjustable Sleep Number bed to accommodate the separate mattress firmness wishes of two sleepers. The smart TV in this room is 50 inches wide. The en suite bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. This room also has a private balcony perfect for a quiet cup of coffee or a secluded phone call.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also features a king bed and 32-inch flat-screen TV and is decorated in all things lake.
Bedroom 3: The third has a queen bed and 40-inch flat-screen smart TV. Its décor is a nod to Austin's music scene.
A full-size washer and dryer are tucked into the entryway closet.
In addition to the secure one-stall garage available in the building, the resort added additional outdoor parking nearby in Spring 2020.

Rentals are available for golf carts, boats and kayaks.
