Located in a quiet area of the HILLTOP, and just a block and a half below the HILLTOP. From this Villa, you can quickly access the walking trails that wind through the entire Hollows Community, or go the other direction to walk down to the Kayak Club and enjoy a beautiful stroll through the woods and over the bridge to observe the natural habitat. A great spot to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and enjoy the peace and quiet. And pets are welcomed. Snowbirds and Winter Texans Welcomed.

Mr. Wallace is wonderful and so very helpful. We rented a golf cart from another company and on the second day it would not start. We called Mr. Wallace for advice and he said he recently had one returned and arranged to get it to us immediately.
I will rent from him again.

The unit we stayed was nice, quite and comfortable. It was easy to get to and enjoyed our time. The only draw back was the fresh compost outside the patio. It made it not so enjoyable to sit outside in the evening because of the smell. Was not desirable to want to cook out, but the electric grill provided was pretty funny too. This is not enough to keep us away though. I would definitely recommend The Hollows.

The condo is in like new condition. The Lakeside Community is awesome. Great hiking running trail, access to two swimming pools, lakeside park for the kiddos, horseshoes pit, volleyball courts & firepit on the lake. The rental management team was great to work with.

Our family had a great time at the hollows. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. When we weren't at the pool or the lake we spent most of our time on the patio that was nestled in the trees. Everything was clean and easy to use or find.

Hollows Vacation Rentals were a great discovery. We flew to Austin to celebrate our anniversary. Our daughter was flying in to join us as well as a friend making the two bedroom perfect.
The community work out room, while small was well maintained, clean and good equipment. The pool was fabulous and the walking trails fun to explore.
The kitchen we stayed was extremely well stocked. The porch was delightful for reading or admiring the surroundings. We loved the area and traveling around it.
Bill was very quick to deal with a simple issue that we had while at the unit.
Only suggestion I have is the ceiling fans need cleaning, they had a great, great deal of dust on them throughout the condo, due to allergies we could not turn them on. Otherwise the unit was very clean, sheets and towels too.
Loved the welcome basket and the simplicity of booking, paying and signing the rental forms.
Hollows is a beautiful community, will definitely recommend to friends if traveling to the Austin area.

We LOVED this condo! Everything about it was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, extremely quiet — couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for the goodie basket too. We are in love with The Hollows and will definitely be back.
