Welcome to The Hollows. Here’s what you need to know about the resort — pools, restaurants, trails, and the unwritten rules that make your stay go smoothly.
Pools & Beach Club
The Hollows has multiple pool areas. The main Beach Club pool is the largest and most amenity-rich, with lounge chairs, a swim-up bar (seasonal), and views over Lake Travis.
Hours: Generally 9 AM – dusk, seasonal variation. Hours posted at pool entrance.
Guest access: Your rental property confirmation will include guest passes for resort amenities. You’ll need these at the gate — keep them handy.
The Cove Waterpark
Located near the main pool complex, The Cove has water slides and a splash zone. Seasonal — typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Trails & Getting Around
The Hollows has 15+ miles of paved trails connecting the entire community. Golf carts are the preferred (and most fun) way to get around.
On foot: All areas are walkable, though some grades are steep in the Hill Country terrain.

Marina & Lake Access
The Northshore Marina is adjacent to the community. Boat slips, fuel, kayak and paddleboard rentals, and lake launch.

Dining on Property
3 10ths Restaurant is the on-site dining option. It’s highly seasonal and popular — call ahead for hours and reservations: (512) 267-1999.
Poolside snack service is available during peak season.
Grocery & Essentials
The closest full grocery store is in Lago Vista (~10 min) or Cedar Park (~20 min). Stock up before arriving — Jonestown has limited retail options.
Rules Worth Knowing
- Gate access: You’ll receive gate codes with your reservation. Don’t share them.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM resort-wide.
- Golf carts on trails only — not on public roads off-resort.
- No outside boats at the Beach Club beach without marina coordination.
- Occupancy limits: Your rental’s max occupancy applies in all resort areas, including pools.
