Set high above the tree canopy at The Hollows, this second-floor corner villa pairs unobstructed lake views with comfortable gathering spaces, three inviting bedrooms, and a balcony you’ll want to build your day around. With approximately 1,400 square feet indoors and another 330 square feet outside, there’s room for up to eight guests to settle in and enjoy the Texas Hill Country.

Start your morning with coffee and birdsong, stretch out on the outdoor sectional with a book, or bring dinner outside as the light changes over the lake. The spacious balcony feels like an extension of the living room, with comfortable lounge seating and a separate dining table. Whether you’re catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment, the lake provides a beautiful backdrop.
BRIGHT, COMFORTABLE LIVING
Windows on three sides fill this end-unit villa with natural light. In the living room, lake views surround a welcoming seating area with a sofa, recliner, and two additional chairs. Settle in for a movie on the 55-inch smart TV or play your favorite music through the Bose Bluetooth speaker. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper for additional sleeping space.
COOK, GATHER & STAY AWHILE
The fully equipped kitchen makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy. You’ll have an electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, generous pantry storage, and helpful extras including a Ninja blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and slow cooker.
Gather around the indoor dining table with seating for eight, or take your meal outside for dinner with a view.

• Primary bedroom: King Sleep Number bed with adjustable firmness, a 50-inch smart TV, and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity. Wine-inspired details, including wine barrel nightstands, give the room its own character.
• Second bedroom: King bed, lake-inspired décor, and a 32-inch TV.
• Third bedroom: Queen bed, Austin music-inspired décor, and a 40-inch smart TV.

Golf cart rentals, plus boat and jet ski rentals at nearby marinas, offer additional ways to explore. Rentals, dining, and other paid services are separate from your accommodation; availability and operating hours may vary.

How your Hollows stay works
The Hollows has community rules for rental guests. We handle the paperwork; here's what to expect.
- 72 hours before Send us everyone's names. We register your group with the POA.
- Arrival Use the gate code from your check-in details. Every adult signs the POA waiver.
- During your stay Clubs are open 5 AM to 10 PM. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Golf carts ride the trails, not the streets.
- Evenings Private fire pits are off limits. The Hilltop Smokehouse fire pit is open to guests, first come, first served.
More to know about The Hollows Resort
- Registered guests can use The Hollows Beach Club, Trailhead Club, Kayak Clubs and Hilltop Smokehouse. We register your group with the POA 72 hours before arrival, so send us everyone's names early. Every adult signs the POA waiver. Use the gate code we send with your check-in details, or the key card at the home. Club hours are 5 AM to 10 PM.
- Wild Hare Bar & Grill is at the Beach Club, open in summer plus select off-season days, and rental guests are welcome. No alcohol may be brought into the Beach Club (TABC), but drinks are for sale at Wild Hare.
- Golf carts ride on the community trails, not the streets (except inside the gated Northshore sections to reach a trail). Our rental carts need a driver 21 or older.
- Community rules for rental guests: no noise neighbors can hear before 9 AM or after 10 PM, no personal fire pits at the homes (the Hilltop Smokehouse fire pit is open to guests, first come, first served), no fireworks, and pick up after your pet everywhere in The Hollows. Boats and trailers can't be parked in driveways or on the street.
- Northshore Marina (512-267-6222), a short walk from the Beach Club, has slips and fuel but no rentals. For boats and jet skis, call its sister marina, VIP Marina Lake Travis in Leander (512-331-5375).
- The closest full grocery store is Brookshire Brothers in Lago Vista, a few minutes from the entrance.
- Jonestown is an International Dark Sky Community: please turn off outdoor lights you are not using at night.
- Lake access changes with the water level. Lake Travis is full at 681 feet; check today's level on our water level guide.

Our family had an amazing time in Lago Vista! The highlight of our stay was our incredible host, Kenieshiear. She was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. She checked in with us throughout our stay, provided clear communication and instructions, and made everything easy from start to finish. Her kindness and hospitality were second to none.The property was beautiful, with breathtaking views and deer roaming throughout the area, which our family loved. The pools were fantastic, and our boys had an absolute blast! There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it a perfect location for a family getaway.If you’re looking for a place to stay with a host who genuinely goes above and beyond for her guests, I highly recommend booking with Kenieshiear. We would absolutely stay with her again
Our two days were perfect! The trek up the curving roads into the hills was worth the spectacular view. It was nice for everyone to have a bed, and to know that if needed there was a sofa bed as well. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The unit was furnished nicely and well kept. It was like a home away from home (but with a much better review). The property was quiet, and parking was better than we thought, probably because we made it back before dark. Overall, if we're ever in the area again and need these accommodations, we'll definitely keep this place in mind.

We surprised my mom with a surprise family getaway for her 60th birthday. Everyone had a wonderful time! The villa was perfect for our family of 8, clean with all the amenities, and the view of Lake Travis was spectacular. Our A/C went out early Sunday morning so we contacted the service number, and someone was sent out in no time to take care of it. It's nice to know that if problems arise, even on a Sunday, someone is reachable. Thanks for a lovely weekend. We're already planning our next visit.
